Showing Announcements in the Virtual Portal

In the Virtual Portal, announcements appear in the Lobby section.

Displaying Announcements in the Virtual Portal

  1. From the Event Dashboard, navigate to Communications > Announcements
  2. Select the Announcement you wish to adjust from the list
  3. Scroll down to Visibility
  4. Ensure the Visible checkbox is toggled on
  5. Toggle on the Show in Virtual Event Portal checkbox
  6. Select Save Changes
