How to Purchase Lead Retrieval as an Event Administrator

There are two ways that Lead Retrieval can be purchased for an Exhibitor:

  1. Event Administrators can purchase Lead Retrieval credits from PheedLoop for $199 in the event dashboard and then assign the credits to the desired Exhibitors. This option allows for Event Administrators to upcharge the price of Lead Retrieval.
  2. Exhibitors can purchase a Lead Retrieval credit from PheedLoop for $199 via their Exhibitor Portal

Method 1: Purchasing Lead Retrieval from the Event Dashboard

  1. From the drop-down menu at the top right corner of your Dashboard, navigate to Settings > Account & Billing > General Credits

  2. Enter the quantity under Add Premium Exhibit Booth Credits

  3. Select Add
  4. Enter your credit card information
  5. Select Confirm and Pay

Once purchased, you can enable these credits from the Event Dashboard.

  1. From the Event Dashboard, navigate to Exhibitors > Exhibitors
  2. Select the checkbox of the exhibitor you want to adjust from the list
  3. Above the Exhibitors table, select Enable Premium Booth

  4. Select Confirm

The Exhibitor will now have access to lead retrieval.

Quick Tip - Quickly tell which of your exhibitors have access to Lead Retrieval by reviewing the Premium Exhibit Booth column. Exhibitors with the status Enabled will have access, while Exhibitors with the status Disabled will not have access to Lead Retrieval.

Controlling the Purchase of Lead Retrieval from the Exhibitor Portal

Event Administrators have full control over Lead Retrieval access and can prevent exhibitors from purchasing it on their own. To do this, administrators can disable the Lead Retrieval page in the Exhibitor Portal entirely. This ensures that all Lead Retrieval purchases go through the event organizer, allowing for greater control over pricing and distribution.

  1. From the Event Dashboard, navigate to Portals > Exhibitors > Exhibitor Portal
  2. Scroll down to Pages
  3. Toggle on the Hide Lead Retrieval Page checkbox
  4. Select Save Changes

Method 2: Purchasing Lead Retrieval from the Exhibitor Portal

Lead Retrieval can be purchased directly from the Exhibitor Tools page of the Event Portal.

  1. From the Exhibitor Portal, navigate to Lead Retrieval
  2. Select Purchase Lead Retrieval for $199.00

  3. Enter your credit card credentials in the Stripe prompt
  4. Select Confirm

Lead Retrieval will now be added to your account. Once an Exhibitor purchases Lead Retrieval, a copy of their receipt will be sent to them via email.
