I’m an Event Admin, why can’t my Exhibitors access Lead Retrieval from the Event App?

If your Exhibitors are reporting that they can’t access Lead Retrieval through the PheedLoop Go! Event App, there are a few common reasons why this might be happening. This guide will walk you through the key settings to check in your Event Dashboard to get things working correctly.

Troubleshooting Steps

1. Check if “Show in Event App” is Enabled for the Exhibitor

If this setting is disabled, the exhibitor will not appear in the event app at all, and lead retrieval will not function.

  1. From the Event Dashboard, navigate to Exhibitors > Exhibitors
  2. Scroll down to Event App Settings
  3. Make sure the Show in Event App checkbox is toggled on
  4. Select Save Changes

2. Verify the Logged-In Email is Assigned as an Exhibitor Manager

Ensure the individual trying to access Lead Retrieval is using the same email address listed as a manager for that Exhibitor profile. Lead Retrieval access is tied to Exhibitor Manager permissions; if their email isn’t listed, they won’t have access. If the email on file is incorrect, simply remove the existing manager and re-add them using the correct email address they’re logging in with.

3. Confirm the Premium Exhibit Booth is Purchased and Enabled

Lead Retrieval is only available for exhibitors with the Premium Exhibit Booth feature enabled. You can confirm this by checking the “Premium Exhibit Booth” column in the Event Dashboard under Exhibitors > Exhibitors.
