You will also be able to download your attendance certificate by selecting the Download Certificate button.

Profile

The Profile page is where you can customize attendee information, including editing your contact details.

You can also use this page to download your attendance certificate.

Registration and Ticketing

The Registration and Ticketing pages contain your purchase information. The Registration page will hold your receipt/invoice along with details associated with the registration, such as date and category. Each registration will contain ticket information, which can be downloaded or transferred. You can also resend the ticket to your email if you have lost the original one.

The Tickets page lists all tickets linked to your account. Unlike the Registration page, it also includes any tickets not tied to a registration directly associated with your account. If you’ve received a ticket through Ticket Transfer, this is where you’ll find it.

Form and Task Assignments

The Form Assignments and Task Assignments pages feature feedback from Event Administrators requiring your input. For example, any forms you have answered during the registration process will appear in the Form Assignments page.  This includes forms associated with the registration category and tickets.

The Task Assignments page contains tasks from Event Administrators that require attendee input. These tasks are separate from the registration process. Event Administrators typically use them to collect additional information, confirmations, or materials needed before or during the event (e.g., uploading documents, completing surveys, or selecting session preferences). Tasks may also link out externally as part of the completion process.

Networking

The Networking page is where you can see other attendees for the event.

If you would like to not appear in this page, toggle off the Profile Visible checkbox in the Profile settings.

Seat Plans

The Seat Plans page allows you to select your table if your venue is hosting dining options. Simply select a table and, with a prerequisite ticket, assign yourself a seat.

Schedule Selection

The Schedule Selection page will allow you to add or remove sessions for your schedule. Select Add to register for a session and select Remove to unregister.

Files

The Files page is where you can upload and review files from the Event Portal. Please note that whatever files you upload in here will be visible to the Event Administrator as well, regardless of whether the Is Private checkbox is toggled on. Select Choose File to upload your file. Once you've filled out your file name, select Add File to save it into the Event Portal.
