How to Set up HubSpot Integration

HubSpot is one of the many integrations available for use at PheedLoop. Both platforms will be synced with one another.
The most notable feature of HubSpot Integration is the capability to sync Attendees from a PheedLoop Event with your Contacts in Hubspot. The Email Address is the source of truth between the two platforms.
Any attendee that is added to a PheedLoop event will have a HubSpot contact created.
Any attendee in a PheedLoop event will have fields updated if their associated contact in HubSpot is updated.
There isn't a way to have contacts added in HubSpot be automatically created in PheedLoop as an attendee at this time.
If you are in search of more advanced features to integrate HubSpot and PheedLoop - we would recommend checking out Zapier as there are a number of different functions that Zapier offers in their native integration.
The following fields are automatically updated:
- Company
- Address
- City
- Zip
- State
- Country
- Phone
- First Name
- Last Name
Connecting HubSpot to PheedLoop
Once you are logged into HubSpot, you can now connect the platform to PheedLoop.
- From the drop-down menu at the top right corner of your Dashboard, navigate to Settings > Integrations
- Scroll down to Data Integrations
- Under HubSpot, select Not Connect
- Select Connect
- A new window will open momentarily.
- Under the Choose an Account table, select the checkbox of your account
- Select Choose Account
HubSpot will now be connected to your Organization Account.
Disconnecting HubSpot
- From the drop-down menu at the top right corner of your Dashboard, navigate to Settings > Integrations
- Scroll down to Data Integrations
- Under HubSpot, select Connected
- Select Disconnect HubSpot Integration
- Select Confirm
