Using Personify with PheedLoop

Please note, use of this feature requires Personify SSO integration to be included in your organization’s contract. This is a paid feature, for pricing information, please reach out to sales@pheedloop.com for more information.

Personify is one of the many single sign-on integrations we support at PheedLoop. For organizations that make use of Personify, the key advantage to this integration is the ability to login with their Personify account.

Please note, PheedLoop Go! and PheedLoop OnSite! do not support SSO integrations.

Connecting to Personify

1. From the Event Dashboard, select your email on the top right corner and select Settings
2. Navigate to Integrations
3. Under Personify, select Not Connected
4. Under the Personify Client ID field, enter the client ID for your Personify account
5. Under the Personify Client Secret field, enter the secret token for your Personify account
6. Under the Personify Authorize URL field, enter the authorization URL for your Personify account
7. Under the Personify Token URL field, enter the token URL for your Personify account
8. Under the Personify Profile URL field, enter the profile URL for your Personify account
9. Select Submit

Personify will now be connected to your PheedLoop account. You can now proceed to the next step of the article.

Configuring Personify with the Event Dashboard

Event Administrators can decide where Personify appears as a login option in the front end portals. Please review our Configuring your Single Sign-On Provider with PheedLoop article for more information.

Disconnecting Personify

If your organization would like to swap out credentials you will need to remove the existing keys for your integration.

1. From the Event Dashboard, select your email on the top right corner and select Settings
2. Navigate to Integrations
3. Under Personify, select Connected
4. Select Clear Keys
