Showing Sessions and Schedule in the PheedLoop Go! Event App

Sessions will be visible in the Event App unless they are intentionally hidden in the Event Dashboard. If a session is missing from PheedLoop Go!, check that the Hide Session in Event Application checkbox is toggled off.

  1. From the Event Dashboard, navigate to Sessions > Sessions
  2. Select the session you wish to adjust from the list

  1. Scroll down to Options
  2. Ensure the Hide Session in Event Application checkbox is toggled off
  3. Select Save Changes

The Calendar page can also be used to display only the session the attendee has registered for. If you prefer this setup or want to offer both viewing options, simply make the Calendar page visible.

  1. From the Event Dashboard, navigate to Experiences > Mobile App > Pages

  1. Select Calendar from the list

  1. Toggle on the Is Visible checkbox
  2. Select Save Changes
