As part of PheedLoop’s commitment to streamlining and simplifying your event experience, we are excited to announce an important new update to our existing portal structure. If you look into your Event Dashboard, you’ll notice the Attendee Speaker, Exhibitor, Sponsor portals have all been replaced by the new Event Portal which consolidates the Exhibitor, Sponsor, and Speaker Portals into one unified platform. This update is designed with one goal in mind: to simplify your event experience by bringing all of your event's key elements together in one place.

What Is the Event Portal?

The Event Portal is a revamped, user-friendly platform that brings together the key elements of event management: exhibitors, sponsors, and speakers. While we’ve merged these existing portals into one, there’s no need to worry about learning a whole new system. All the features from the previous portals remain intact allowing existing customers to navigate the Event Portal with ease. For new customers, the portal’s intuitive structure builds on the lessons we’ve learned over the years, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience from day one.

Why Did We Develop the Event Portal?

The main reason we’ve rolled out the Event Portal is to simplify your event management experience. Managing multiple portals for speakers, exhibitors, and sponsors can feel like a juggling act, especially when you need to keep track of different login credentials, URLs, and tasks across separate systems. Our goal is to reduce the complexity of event management by bringing everything together under one roof.

With the Event Portal, you’ll be able to:

  • Access everything in one place: No more switching between different portals for exhibitors, sponsors, and speakers. Now, everything you need is available with one login and one link—the Event Portal URL.
  • Use your admin account for everything: One of the most significant improvements is that you can now manage exhibitors, sponsors, and speakers directly from your own admin account. All portals are now accessible to staff accounts, eliminating the need to log in with a separate account.

How Can I Access the Event Portal?

To access the Event Portal, you will need to opt into the Event Portal directly.

  1. From the Event Dashboard, navigate to Portals > Speaker, Exhibitor, or Sponsor
  2. Select Learn More on the banner

  1. Select Enable

Quick Tip - If you would like to opt out of the Event Portal, you can select Switch Back on the banner.

Once the Event Portal is enabled on your dashboard, you can now access it by navigating to the Event Portals at the top of the page and selecting Attendee Portal.

How can I share the Event Portal to other users?

The Event Portal can be shared via URL, allowing any user to login and access the Event Portal provided they have been added as an attendee or share the prerequisite stakeholder status.

What are some quick customization steps I should consider?

All the settings for the Event Portal can be found in the Event Dashboard by navigating to Portals > Events.

Some of the common settings that are used is the option to hide pages or lock them from editing.

Speakers, Exhibitors, and Sponsors also have dedicated settings to manage their respective areas in the Event Portal. Simply navigate to Portals > Speaker, Exhibitor, or Sponsor to customize the portals.
