Edit Connected Forms for Registration Tickets and Exhibitor/Sponsor Applications
As an event admin, you may be asked by your attendees and stakeholders to update their responses sent via the Registration, Exhibitor or Sponsor Application. With PheedLoop, you are able to do this easily by sending them a magic link which they will be able to update their submission.
Alternatively, Team Members can manually edit the submission themselves if needed via the Form Link. However, Authentication Required will need to be toggled off for this to work. Please review our Creating and Sending a Custom Form to Attendees article for instructions on how to toggle this off.
This article will cover the best way to retrieve Portal Links to share with stakeholders.
Accessing the Portal Link for an Attendee Registration
- From the Event Dashboard, navigate to Registration > Orders
- Select the checkbox of the order you wish to update
- Above the Order table, select Actions > Get Form Link
- Copy and open the link
Accessing the Portal Link for an Exhibitor Application
- From the Event Dashboard, navigate to Exhibitors > Exhibitors
- Select the checkbox of the Exhibitor you wish to update
- Above the Exhibitor table, select Actions > Get Form Link
- Copy and open the link
Accessing the Portal Link for a Sponsor Application
- From the Event Dashboard, navigate to Sponsors > Sponsors
- Select the checkbox of the Sponsor you wish to update
- Above the Sponsor table, select Actions > Get Form Link
- Copy and open the link
Accessing the Portal Link for General Surveys
- From the Event Dashboard, navigate Advanced > Custom Forms
- Select the checkbox of the General Survey you wish to update
- Above the Form table, select Actions > Portal Link
- Copy and open the link
