Changing Email Addresses for Attendees

When signing up for an event, attendees may accidentally misspell their email on. If this happens, an Administrator or Team Member can correct it directly from the Event Dashboard.

If you’re a Manager for an Exhibitor or Sponsor, any updates to your email will be instantly applied to all related accounts.

Changing an Attendee’s Email From the Event Dashboard

  1. From the Event Dashboard, navigate to Attendees > Attendees
  2. Select the checkbox of the Attendee you wish to change
  3. Above the Attendee table, select Actions > Change Attendee Email
  4. Edit the email address
  5. Select Change Email

Event Administrators can also update an attendee's email by going to Registration > Orders and following the same steps.

  1. From the Event Dashboard, navigate to Registration > Orders
  2. Select the checkbox of the registration you wish to change
  3. Above the Registration table, select Actions > Change Attendee Email
  4. Edit the email address
  5. Select Change Email

In some instances, attendees may wish to change the email of their assigned tickets.The best way to do this is to use PheedLoop's Ticket Transfer feature.
