Setting up an Automatic Renewal Reminders for Membership

When it comes to renewing a membership, it can be difficult to remember when to renew a membership by. To account for this, PheedLoop offers an automatic reminder email option which will notify members to renew their membership prior to the expiration date.

Adding an Automatic Renewal Reminder

1. From the Membership Dashboard, navigate to Membership > Membership Types
2. Select the Membership Type you wish to edit
3. Scroll down to Renewal Reminders
4. Under the Days before expiry to send notification field, select which day prior to the membership expiration date to send the reminder
5. Under the Renewal Reminder Announcement field, select the announcement to serve as the reminder email
   1. Announcements can be created under Communications > Announcements in the Membership Dashboard.
6. Select Save Changes

Members will now receive the reminder once they reach the day set under the Days before expiry to send notification field. This field can be edited or removed at any point.
