How to Access the Event App as an Event Admin

Once Attendees have been added to the Event Dashboard, their Attendee profiles will be automatically created for them along with their login credentials. This guide will walk you through the steps to access and review your event on PheedLoop Go!. You'll learn how to navigate key settings, verify your administrative privileges, and test the app to ensure it’s working correctly. You will also learn how to access PheedLoop Go! with a regular attendee profile, allowing you to view the app from their perspective.

Steps to Access the Event App as an Event Administrator

To access your event on PheedLoop Go!, you must be listed as an attendee in the Event Dashboard. This requirement applies to all users, including Event Administrators. This security measure ensures that only registered attendees can access the event.

If you have not added yourself as an attendee yet, follow these instructions to do so:

  1. From the Event Dashboard, navigate to Attendees > Attendees
  2. Above the Attendees table, select Create

  1. Fill out your email along with all the other information to create your attendee

  1. If you would like your friend to be hidden in the Event App, toggle off the Profile Visible checkbox under Features.
  2. Select Save Changes

You will now be added to your event as an attendee to your event. Login to PheedLoop Go! to access your event.

Quick Tip - If you can’t see your event on PheedLoop Go!, double-check that your email is listed on the attendees page and spelled correctly.

Accessing the Mobile App with an Attendee Profile

Similar to Event Administrators, attendees must be added to the Event Dashboard before they can access their event on PheedLoop Go!. Once an attendee has been added to the Event Dashboard, administrators will be able to access a temporary password for the attendee to login to PheedLoop Go!.

Adding Attendees in the Event Dashboard

  1. From the Event Dashboard, navigate to Attendees > Attendees
  2. Above the Attendees table, select Create

  1. Fill out your email along with all the other information to create your attendee

  1. If you would like your friend to be hidden in the Event App, toggle off the Profile Visible checkbox under Features.
  2. Select Save Changes

The attendee will now be able to view their event once they login to their account on PheedLoop Go!. Viewing the Temporary Password in the Event Dashboard

Now that the attendee has been added, their temporary password can be found in the Event Dashboard. Please note, attendees can skip this step by logging into PheedLoop Go! With a one time passcode or using their regular password.

  1. From the Event Dashboard, navigate to Attendees > Attendees
  2. Select the attendee you wish to login with

  1. Select View Temporary Password

  1. Copy the password under the Temporary Password field

The temporary password can now be used to access PheedLoop Go! with the attendee’s profile.

Important: To keep your event secure, only share passwords with authorized individuals. Never share passwords with unrelated parties.

Signing in with Temporary Password

  1. From your device, open PheedLoop Go!
  2. Select sign in with a password instead

  1. Enter your email address under the Email field
  2. Enter the temporary password under the Password field
  3. Select Login
