Showing Socials in the PheedLoop Go! Event App

Integrating social media and interactive event feeds into your Event App can boost attendee engagement and create a dynamic event experience. With the Event Dashboard, you can easily display curated social media content and manage attendee interactions through the Event Feed.

This guide walks you through enabling Curator content, configuring social media widgets, and managing the Event Feed to ensure a seamless and interactive experience for your attendees. Follow the steps below to display curated social content, activate event feeds, and enable moderation for attendee posts.

Displaying Curator Content

Please note, we recommend reviewing our Integrating the Curator Social Media Feed into the Event App or Virtual Portal article for complete instructions on Curator. This section assumes you have Curator set up and ready to use.

Curator content can be displayed as long as Social Media Page/Widget is visible and the Curator Social Feed Public Key is configured in the Event Dashboard.

  1. From the Event Dashboard, navigate to Experiences > Mobile App > Pages
  2. Select Twitter from the list

  1. Toggle on the Is Visible checkbox
  2. Select Save Changes

Once the Twitter page is visible, you will need to connect your curator social key with the Event Dashboard to begin displaying content. If you would like to display content as a widget instead, please refer to our Personalizing the Event App Home Page with Widgets article.

  1. From the event Dashboard, navigate to Experiences > Virtual > Settings

  1. Scroll down to Other Options
  2. Under the Curator.io Social Feed Public Key field, enter your Social Feed Public Key
  3. Select Save Changes

The content should now be displayed on the Event App. For instructions on Curator, please refer to our Integrating the Curator Social Media Feed into the Event App or Virtual Portal article.
