What is Lead Retrieval? A Brief Overview
In PheedLoop, Lead Retrieval is a feature designed primarily for exhibitors at events. It allows exhibitors to scan attendees’ badges (via QR codes) to quickly collect contact details and track who visited their booth. It essentially replaces the old paper-based method of gathering business cards by sharing contact details online through the Exhibitor Portal.
This system works best when used with our Badge Printing feature, as attendee QR codes are typically printed directly on their badges. However, it is still possible to use lead retrieval if attendees are able to share their QR code from PheedLoop Go!.

As Lead Retrieval is a paid feature, an exhibitor or event admin must pay $199 for each exhibitor to qualify. This payment can be made either from the Exhibitor Portal or Event Dashboard. Once paid, Lead Retrieval will become available to use.
For Event Admins paying from the Event Dashboard, they will need to apply the credit to their desired exhibitor.
Exhibitors and other staff can scan leads from PheedLoop OnSite or PheedLoop Go! with any iOS or Android device.

Once Leads have been captured, they can be exported from both the Exhibtior Portal and as a custom report in the Event Dashboard. This data is exported in CSV format and can be used immediately with third party CRM systems for post-event follow ups.

Conclusion
Lead Retrieval provides a structured process for capturing and managing attendee data. Exhibitors and staff can scan QR codes using PheedLoop OnSite or PheedLoop Go! on iOS or Android devices. Captured leads are stored in real time and can be exported via the Exhibitor Portal or as a custom report in the Event Dashboard, allowing for immediate integration with CRM systems or post-event analytics. This ensures accurate tracking of booth interactions and simplifies follow-up workflows.
