Downloading PheedLoop Event App Analytics

Within PheedLoop, it is possible to see how many unique users have used the Event App and Virtual Portal. This is primarily done through the SmartSight feature in the Event Dashboard which shows what pages attendees have visited among other information.

We strongly recommend purchasing the Advanced SmartSight Power-Up for your event to access all features of SmartSight.

Analytics for PheedLoop Go!

SmartSight

1. From the Event Dashboard, navigate to Data & Reports > SmartSight
2. Under the Select Action field, select Pageviews
3. Under the Select Experience field, select PheedLoop Go
4. Under the Start Date field, select the date you wish to include information from
   1. Data generated before this date will not be included.
5. Under the End Date field, select the date you wish to stop receiving information
   1. Please note, this field requires the Advanced SmartSight Power-Up to use.
   2. Data generated after this date will not be included.
6. Under the Start Time field, select the time you wish to include information from
   1. Please note, this field requires the Advanced SmartSight Power-Up to use.
   2. Data generated before this time will not be included even if it happens on the same date.
7. Under the End Time field, select the time you wish to stop including information from
   1. Please note, this field requires the Advanced SmartSight Power-Up to use.
   2. Data generated after this time will not be included even if it happens on the same date.

Analytics for White Label and Organization Event Apps

Custom Reports and Smartsight Analytics are not available for White Label and Organization Event Apps. This is because these reports are designed around PheedLoop Go! and not the White Label or Organization apps. The only app analytics available will be from your Apple and Google Account.
