Please note that the Attendees page requires access to the Networking Module
For Event Administrators, there are additional features available when viewing an attendee profile.
- From the Event App Homepage, select the hamburger menu

- Select the attendee you wish to view from the list
Attendees can see Start Chat, Request Meeting, and More Options (which allows them to report or block the attendee) when viewing attendee profiles.

Request Meeting | Selecting this button will open the meeting window and allow attendees to book meetings with each other. This button will not appear for attendees who have disabled the Allow Other Attendees to request to book meetings with you setting. Please note that the Advanced Networking Power-up is required to use this feature. For more information on this feature, please refer to our I’m an Attendee, how can I create and manage meetings in the Event App? article. |

Tickets | This section will display all tickets owned by the attendee as well as their redemption status. Selecting a ticket will provide the option to redeem the ticket. Select the ticket again to unredeem the ticket. |
Sessions | This section will display all sessions the attendee is registered for. Administrators will have full visibility into all sessions, regardless of any restrictions in place. However, this does not override the Hide Session in Event Application checkbox. Sessions marked with this option will remain hidden in PheedLoop Go! for all users. Selecting a session will open its dedicated page within the app. Additionally, Event Administrators can view the number of registrations and the session's maximum capacity directly on the session page. |
Files | This section will display all the files uploaded by the attendee in the Virtual Portal or an admin from the Event Dashboard. Private files will not appear under this section. Selecting the file will open it on your device’s browser. |
Conclusion
Understanding the differences between attendee and admin perspectives within PheedLoop Go! ensures that event organizers can effectively manage and optimize the mobile app experience. While attendees have access to networking features like messaging and meeting requests, event administrators benefit from additional tools such as check-in, badge printing, and ticket/session management. Admins also have full access to scanning functionalities, enabling them to oversee event operations seamlessly. By leveraging these features and managing customizations through the Event Dashboard, you can create a smooth, engaging, and well-organized event experience for all participants.
